Our mats are designed to fit your make/year/model and related car trim options (if applicable). If they do not fit, Road Comforts offers the option to 100% refund you your purchase price provided you meet our return conditions stated below.
When selecting the make/year/model and related car trim options (if applicable), please select very carefully. As some details are very specific to each vehicle. If you are unsure, you can contact our customer service team to help guide you through the selection process.
It is the purchasers responsibility to select the correct make/year/model and related car trim options (if applicable).
Selecting a wrong make/year/model or related car trim options (if applicable) does not warrant a 100% money back guarantee on the purchase.
If you have met all requirements and conditions, our customer service team will process your refund and notify you via your contact details once it has been processed.
Return Conditions
For returns requested due to change of mind or selecting the wrong make/year/model or related car trim options, the return postage will be covered by the purchaser, even if it is a free postage item. The postage of the new replacement will also be covered by the purchaser.
The returned item must be in brand new unused condition as received and sealed. Returns that are deemed to be in non-sellable condition will not be refunded.
Returns must be notified to customer service within 30 days of receiving the product.
Warranty
After 30 days, only defects that are deemed to be not due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any use that violates the instructions listed are valid for returns.
Abnormal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Ordinary, everyday wear on a particular product is considered normal, and is not covered under warranty.
If your item is faulty
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our customer service team. They will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We also request that you take a photo showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
Refund Payment
Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.
PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account where your payment originated from.

Refund Process Time
Returns generally take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
